Back in December Fitbit announced it has been acquiring Pebble, the firm did not reveal simply how much it had bought the smartwatch maker, although rumors suggested it was around the $40 million mark.

Now Fitbit has stated that it paid $23 million for Fitbit, this included the company’s assets, intellectual property.

Fitbit also purchased another smartwatch company, Vector Watch and they’ve got now shown that they paid $15 million with the company.

The news within the acquisitions were revealed in Fitbit’s latest earnings released, the corporation has revenue of $573.8 million and purchases of 6.5 million devices for quarter four 2019.
